1 We ship worldwide. Postage & Handling (P&H) fee differs from region to region.
2 In addition to the postage costs, we always mail package(s) using registered post with bar code tracking number.
3 Postage & handling fee include the cost of shipping the item(s), packaging materials and transportation costs to and from the post office.
4 Item(s) are always properly packed in padded materials to secure and protect your purchases.
5 Postage & handling discount is always given to multiple purchases provided the items are not more than 3 days apart. Buyer must also inform us before hand, or else we wouldn’t know of your multiple purchases or bids.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1 Please note that item(s) is shipped it will require 7 to 10 days to UK, 10 to 28 days to Europe, 14 to 21 days to USA & Canada, 10 to 14 days to Australia & New Zealand for your package to arrive. Generally, packages arrive safely and on time.
2 Please bear in mind that in some instances, delayed postal delivery may occur due to the postal carrier in country of origin and/or country of recipient. This situation is absolutely beyond our control.
3 We shall not be held responsible should a delay occur in postal delivery as delivery information is provided by the postal carrier and this excludes weekends and public holidays in both country of origin and country of recipient.
4 However, as a responsible seller, we will try our best to resolve any issues that arise. If you do not receive your package after the stated time, by all means, please contact us and we will request the local postal carrier to trace delayed or missing parcels
PAYMENT
1 Payment through PayPal only and expected within 3 days of closing.
2 If payment is not received after 3 days, a reminder will be sent and we reserve the right to relist the purchased item after 7 days.
