The Arash AF10 is built using exotic carbon fibre – the bodywork is entirely constructed from the F1-grade composite material.

What’s more, so too is the one-piece chassis, which weighs just 98kg. This is actually made by the same company that builds the Force India F1 racer. Remember, that’s a car that almost won this year’s Belgian Grand Prix…

The design of this car has certainly taken the breathe of the Desimag team!

It’s incredibly detailed and aggressive, suggesting there’s been lots of aerodynamic design time to ensure it produces lots of downforce yet still spears through the air. The firm admits many months have been spent honing the computer models and aerodynamic features of the AF10.

Arash says principals are taken from F1 racing here too, meaning hip-hugging bucket seats and a motorsport-sourced pedal box will be far from the only aspects that give you race car thrills. 

It is fitted with huge 20-inch wheels, plus another track-derived feature – 8-pot, 380mm AP Racing brakes!

Throw in a fully integrated roll cage too, and you have something that, on paper, is very impressive indeed.

Lexus has introduced an upgraded IS 250 sedan range, headlined by a new F-Sport option package.

Inspired by the range-topping, high-performance IS F sedan, and based on IS 250 Sports, new IS 250 F-Sport gains additional design and comfort enhancements.

Interior features include IS F front seats, steering wheel with F logos, scuff plates, a unique black-with-silver interior trim and a 14 speaker Mark Levinson audio system.

IS 250 F-Sport vehicles will be further distinguished from the exterior with an IS F-style rear spoiler, grille and the adoption of IS F’s unique Flame Blue paint.

IS 250 F-Sport also receives sports suspension, twin five spoke 18-inch alloy wheels, aluminum pedals and semi-aniline leather interior.

IS 250 range will also benefit from greater specification and model updates, including USB audio capability, 17-inch alloy wheels as standard and revised moonroof switch gear (where fitted).

The adoption of USB and audio jack plug connectivity enables controlled use of portable music players such as iPods^®^ from the IS 250’s touch navigation screen*.

Lexus Australia Chief Executive John Roca said that IS 250 F Sport comes off the back of greater interest from customers wanting an IS with a point of difference.

“Since the arrival of the IS F to Australia, we’ve seen sustained growth in enquiry from customers that hadn’t considered Lexus before.

“They may not have the means to purchase an IS F, but they definitely want their IS 250 to stand out from the pack.

“Combined, the updated IS 250 range, IS 250C and IS F offer a compelling vehicle line-up for luxury vehicle purchasers,” said Mr Roca.

Currently at number three in the charts with a remix of Elton John’s Tiny Dancer, DJ Ironik is was in Peterborough performing at the Modified Nationals 2009!

Desimag: What did you think of the Peterborough Crowd today?

Dj Ironik: I love Peterborough, everytime i come here, its a good crowd. At first i thought they were going to be a bit quiet cuz i thought they might just want to look at all the cars but its been a good day, its been real hot! Everytime i come here its a crazy crowd

Desimag: What are we to expect from you in the coming year?

Dj I: Loads of singles, i’m just gonna keep making music for my fans.

Desimag: What motivates you?

Dj I: My Mum!

Desimag: You Lyrics, where do they come from?

Dj I: I cant write lyrics unless i go through the experience. I’m not going through any experience right now so thats why i can’t write any lyrics right now.

Seems like Dj Ironik is suprised with the welcome from the Peterborough crowd. We need more Talent, artists and performers to hit Peterborough as there is a huge market for all types of music out here. Its a shame many artists don’t perform here on a regular basis.
